A. Split Jerk: work up to a tough double in 12 minutes
B. 50 Burpee Pull-Ups, for time @ 100%
C. 50 Partner Sit-Up Med Ball throws, not for time

a. barx10/110/132/174/198(fail)/198(success!) think that there be a 2 rep PR, although I don't remember ever doing a 2 rep max soooo
b. 5:05 on the high-bar... should have been faster
c. check with Panoff

did some mobility shiz after... hammies/calves/psoas were all sooper tight

Strained Uterus

A. 2 Deadlifts on the minute, every minute for 15 minutes
B. AMRAP in 8 minutes:
    6 Games Push-Ups
    10 Box Jumps, 24"
C. 25 Burpee Pull-Ups, for time

a. Loaded 140kg/308# and held on for all 16... yeah, that's right. We did an extra round. Got kudos from Trey on my form.
b. Got somewhere between 12-13 rounds on this. I was 4 push-ups into my 13th or 14th when the buzzer sounded. Shared a box so might have been able to nab a few more rounds otherwise.

One Hundo Rd

A. Row for max meters in 5 minutes, 90% effort
Rest 2 minutes
B. AMRAP burpee pull-ups in 5 minutes, 90% effort
Rest 2 minutes
C. AMRAP Kettlebell swings in 5 minutes, 1 pood 90% effort

Actually did C, A, then B... Results were 125 kb swings, 1360m row, and 40 burpee pull-ups. The only one I didn't hit goal on was the burpees... I wanted to nab 50. Boo me.

Also did a mini push-up WOD: 28, rest 60 sec, 35, rest 60 sec, 25, rest 60 sec, and 22
