Tried sumthin differenct this week and took wednesday as a rest day. Heaviest successful c&j was 186# today : \
Could NOT do du's today. I blame my Chucks. Went with 132# on thrusters and my interval times were 2:03|2:23|2:20|2:18|2:31. Not a proud result. Was fun rolling with Jack and Brian today... both those fellas is strong and fast.
