a1. Went up in 20# increments on deads... 242/264/286/308/330.

a3. Avg 25 du's per round... did horrible on these today. Dunno if it was my Chuck's or what (first time to wear them and do du's).
b. Nabbed 51.8 on 7 damper
 
Did 6x60yd sled drag with 125lb after
