A. Front Squat @ 30X1: 2,2,2,2,2; rest 120 seconds
B. Clean and Jerk: 2,2,2,2,2; rest 120-180 seconds
a. 220 was my best (PR)... tried 230 and failed on the first rep
b. 176 was my best... cleaned 198(x2) but couldn't get the jerk.
